Shipping & Returns


Please also remember we will ship your order according to your shipping preference it is the customers choice to insure or claim any losses. We are not responsible for mail loss due to that fact we have no control over any postal service. If your order gets lost and the order is needed ASAP we will be glad to redo your order with a reasonable cost. We do request signed shipping confirmation so please make sure someone is at home when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for melted chocolate during warmer months or if package is left outside.
Orders will be processed after your payment has been received.
 Payments made by check orders will have a 10 day delay or once funds have cleared.
All NSF checks will have an added fee of $25.00 to cover the cost of the returned check.
For packages that have been delivered please open your box immediately and double check your order if there has been any mistakes noticed please contact use immediately with in 24 hours so we may correct your order. If the count is not correct (Quantity) we will send the missing items at no extra shipping cost. Upon receiving our package and your personalized order is not as you approved please repurchase your order so it may be shipped right away. Once we receive the full shipment (orders with mistakes) we will send you an email regarding your refund for returned order.
